Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how ICE Network at frostedblocks.com handles information. It covers ICE Network only, not the separate Lite product unless that product links here.
2. Information we process
- Internet Identity / wallet identifiers: principal IDs and related authentication metadata needed to operate the service
- Profile and posts: usernames, bios, posts, comments, likes, and similar UGC you choose to publish
- Personal sites: pages, photos, product listings, and settings you store on your site canister
- Tips / referrals metadata: when those features are used, on-chain or application records of tip/referral activity (amounts, principals, timestamps)
- Stripe (if/when Store Connect is used): Stripe processes payment details; we may receive limited business metadata (for example connected account status, checkout session ids, paid amounts) — not full card numbers on Motoko/assets
- Technical logs: basic request/hosting logs from frontends or API hosts we operate
3. How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve ICE Network
- Provide optional features (tips, referrals, Store)
- Enforce Terms, prevent abuse, and comply with law
- Communicate about the service when you contact us
4. Public blockchain data
Much of ICE Network activity is recorded on the Internet Computer and may be public and durable. Do not post secrets, emails, or phone numbers on public profiles. We cannot guarantee deletion of data once published on-chain.
5. Third parties
We use third parties such as the Internet Computer network, Internet Identity, hosting providers, and Stripe (when Connect/checkout is used). Their processing is governed by their own policies.
6. Retention
We retain operational records as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations. On-chain content may persist independently of our off-chain systems.
7. Children
ICE Network is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the service, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Your choices
You can stop using the service, adjust what you post, and contact us about account or content concerns. Some public on-chain records cannot be fully erased.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new version at this URL.
